Founded in Germany and producing bicycle tires and inner tubes for more than a hundred years, CONTINENTAL has improved production technologies and selected only the best materials, so it can currently offer really high-quality products. German patented innovations - ProTection, Black Chilli, RaceSport, Vectran, PolyX, PureGrip Apex, Duraskin, etc. Depending on the model, it provides exceptional resistance to punctures, provides better driving on the road or traction when driving off-road. There is a wide variety of tread patterns, valve types, sizes and purposes to choose from, from childrens and BMX to road, city, and mountain bicycle tires and inner tubes. This is also the case with specialized tires for e-bikes and for winter.
The Continental eCONTACT Plus was developed specifically for the requirements of commuter bikes and e-bikes. The tire offers high mileage and has a compact tread to keep rolling resistance low and maximize the range of each battery charge. Thanks to the unique profile and SafetyPlusPro technology offers particularly high protection against nails, shards and other objects.

TECHNOLOGIES
ECO 50 - Tires with Continental ECO 50 logo are recommended for E-Bikes at speeds of up to 50km/h. They guarantee low rolling resistance and good puncture protection with their extra high quality construction.
SAFTYPLUS - For E-bikes, Continental has combined the puncture and cut-resistant SafteySystem Kevlar reinforced nylon breaker with a highly elastic material. The result is an extremely puncture and cut resistant casing which, thanks to its high elasticity, gives especially low rolling resistance, saving battery power and the environment. The breaker also meets the demands of the higher speed e-bikes, of up to 50 km/h. The breaker is also adapted for the higher acceleration torque of e-bikes as well as the faster cornering speeds.
