Description
Founded in Germany and producing bicycle tires and inner tubes for more than a hundred years, CONTINENTAL has refined its production technologies and selected only the best materials, allowing it to offer truly high-quality products today. German patented innovations - ProTection, Black Chilli, RaceSport, Vectran, PolyX, PureGrip Apex, Duraskin and more. Depending on the model, they provide exceptional puncture resistance, better performance on the road or traction when riding off-road. There is a wide variety of tread patterns, valve types, sizes and purposes to choose from, from children's and BMX to road, city and mountain bike tires and inner tubes. The same applies to specialized tires for e-bikes and for winter.
The Continental eCONTACT Plus was developed specifically for the requirements of commuter bikes and e-bikes. The tire offers high mileage and has a compact tread that keeps rolling resistance low and maximizes the range of each battery charge. Thanks to its unique profile and SafetyPlusPro technology, it offers particularly high protection against nails, shards and other objects.

TECHNOLOGIES
ECO 50 - Tires with the Continental ECO 50 logo are recommended for e-bikes at speeds of up to 50 km/h. Their extra high-quality construction guarantees low rolling resistance and good puncture protection.
SAFETYPLUS - For e-bikes, Continental has combined a puncture- and cut-resistant SafetySystem Kevlar-reinforced nylon breaker with a highly elastic material. The result is an extremely puncture- and cut-resistant casing that, thanks to its high elasticity, delivers especially low rolling resistance, saving battery power and protecting the environment. The breaker also meets the demands of higher-speed e-bikes of up to 50 km/h and is adapted for the higher acceleration torque of e-bikes as well as faster cornering speeds.
