Description

Climbing pyramid with a central mast standing on a special mounting plate (mast is not concreted in the ground), one platform and four guy lines. The pyramid has rope tension adjustment using safe tensioners and safety rope (protection in case of breaking or cutting the construction rope) at each anchor. For the safety of users, all ropes are made of polyester and have a thickness of 20 mm. The construction ropes have no connectors and run as one piece from the anchor through the top of the mast to the opposite anchor. Crossing ropes are connected by means of factory-pressed aluminium balls, which do not require any screws to be screwed into them (which weakens the ropes and poses a risk of injury to users).

The device includes

• 1 construction mast with a diameter of 140 mm finished with a plug with eyelets for interlacing construction ropes,
• 1 mounting plate on which the mast is placed (concreting masts in the ground is not allowed),
• Multi-directional rope net, where both the construction ropes and the internal net, for safety reasons, are made of polyester and have a thickness of 20 mm. The construction ropes run without any connectors as one piece from the anchor through the top of the mast to the opposite anchor. At the top of the pyramid, the ropes are intertwined under the mast plug, which guarantees their safe fastening. It is not allowed to cut the ropes and attach them to the top of the mast, e.g. with thimbles or other fasteners. The ropes of the internal network evenly fill the entire space of the pyramid (not only the surface of the solid and flat internal platforms). Ropes can be made in 6 different colours.
• Rope connectors, located in the places where the ropes cross, in the form of, for example, factory-pressed aluminium balls that do not require any screws to be screwed into the ropes (which weakens the ropes and poses a risk of injury to users). It is also not allowed to use plastic connectors or wire braid (e.g. in the form of cloverleaf, forgings, etc.),
• 1 flexible platform in black colour with holes through which the construction mast passes. The platforms are made of a 3-layer rubber-textile material with a thickness of 10 mm.
• Safe rope tensioners that connect all construction ropes to anchors and allow rope tension to be adjusted.
• Decorative flag 500mm high placed on the top of the mast.
• Foundation anchors with additional safety ropes (protection in case of breaking or cutting one of the construction ropes). All foundations are placed outside the pyramids - not in the space between the pyramids.

Materials

• Mast made of steel pipes, protected against corrosion and powder coated (10 colours to choose from). Mast diameter: 140 mm, mast wall thickness: 3-5 mm. For static reasons, concreting the mast in the ground is not allowed. Each mast is finished with a plug with eyelets for interlacing construction ropes.
• All ropes, i.e. both structural and internal, for safety reasons have a thickness of 20 mm and are made of reinforced polyester rope: they are made of a core and 6 reinforced strands entwining it. The ropes are UV resistant and flame retardant - which ensures safety and colour stability for many years. Construction ropes run without any connectors as one piece from the anchor through the top of the mast to the opposite anchor. At the top of the pyramid, the ropes are intertwined under the mast plug, which guarantees their safe fastening. It is not allowed to cut the ropes and attach them to the top of the mast, e.g. with thimbles or other fasteners. The ropes of the internal network evenly fill the entire space of the pyramid (not only the surface of the solid and flat internal platforms). Ropes can be made in 6 different colours.

• 1 flexible platform in black colour with holes through which the construction mast passes. The platforms are made of a 3-layer rubber-textile material with a thickness of 10 mm. The platforms are connected to the ropes with aluminium connectors.
• The net is fastened to the ground using tension-regulating screws and anchors placed in concrete foundations. Construction ropes are secured in case of breaking or cutting with an additional safety rope.
• Decorative flag located on the top of the mast is made of HDPE board, structure of the flag is made of galvanized steel.
