Using the pan:

When using the pan for the first time, make sure to use a little more oil or butter than usual. When ingredients stick slightly to the base of the pan, let them cook gently without trying to separate them from the base. You can also reduce the heat a little and calmly wait until the food releases from the base of the pan.
