The inSPORTline Rote stepper is a practical exercise machine ideal for those who want to strengthen their legs and sculpt their buttocks in the comfort of their own home. The hydraulic braking system with 12 resistance levels and practical handles allow for an intense workout, strengthening muscles, burning calories and improving fitness. There is a tablet holder above the display, so you definitely won't get bored during your workout.

On the display you can track workout data such as time, calories, steps, steps per minute and heart rate. The resistance of each pedal is manually adjustable. The fixed step height (320 mm) and 130 kg weight limit makes the machine suitable even for taller users. The heart rate monitors built into the handles allow you to use the recovery function and check how your body is doing after a workout. All in all, the inSPORTline Rote Stepper is the best option if you are looking for an intense workout at home.
