The history of the company is inextricably linked with the KAI Group, being a subsidiary of it since 1977. Kai USA Ltd. has three product lines: Kershaw Knives including outdoor and EDC knives , Shun Cutlery - hand-made Japanese kitchen cutlery, and Zero Tolerance - premium class knives for uniformed services and demanding customers.
