AS008L AEROBIC AND BALANCE STEP HMS

The AS008L offers a larger training surface and more adjustment options, making it even better suited to dynamic and varied exercises. It is the perfect choice for those who expect not only functionality from a step, but also additional space and greater training comfort.

More space – greater freedom of movement

Thanks to its larger platform dimensions, the AS008L provides greater stability and comfort of use, especially during fast-paced exercises or more complex movements. The larger working surface also gives freedom to taller people or those with a wider leg stance, making it a versatile exercise tool.

Three-level height adjustment

The AS008L allows you to set three height levels, allowing you to better tailor the intensity of your workout to your needs. Whether you want to do a light warm-up, intense cardio training or rehabilitation exercises, this step will meet your expectations.

Balancing function – activation of deep muscles

Like its smaller counterpart, the AS008L has balancing pads that clip under the platform. These turn the classic step into a balance and stability training device, engaging the postural muscles and improving motor coordination.

Safety during every exercise

The platform is covered with a non-slip surface that provides secure footing even during intense movements. The AS008L ensures safety during both classic and balancing exercises, allowing the user to exercise with full commitment.
