Ingredients: instant whey protein (milk) {instant whey protein concentrate (milk) [whey protein concentrate (milk), emulsifier: lecithins (soy)], instant whey protein isolate (milk) [whey protein isolate (milk), emulsifier: lecithins (soy)]} 84%, green tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf powder 6.0%, L-glutamine 4.7%, thickener (cellulose gum), L-arginine, flavorings, strawberry powder 0.8%, salt, L-leucine 0.2%, sweetener (sucralose), L-isoleucine 0.1%, L-valine 0.1%, bromelain from pineapple (1200 GDU/g) 0.04%.

Usage: Mix 1 serving (28 grams = 2 heaped tablespoons) of powder with 250 ml of water. On training days, consume 1 serving within 45 minutes after training and 1 serving between meals. On rest days, consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
