Description
The Kroon Swiss Bar Solid Steel is the heavier version of the Kroon Multi Grip Bar Black. This barbell is made of high quality steel.
The Kroon Swiss Bar is a versatile, multi-purpose Swiss Bar and great for all types of press and rowing movements. With the Kroon Swiss Bar you can choose from four different grip positions.
With the Kroon Swiss Bar you can use a neutral grip (palms facing each other) during your press and rowing movements. This not only gives you the necessary variation, but it also brings your elbows closer to the body which relieves the shoulders. This is ideal for people who are recovering from shoulder injuries but still need to keep training.
Increase your explosive strength and train with the Kroon Swiss Bar!
Suitable for all 50 mm weight plates.
Note: With this article are no spring collars or ring collars supplied, these must be ordered separately.
