The NOHRD WeightBench is designed for every kind of weight training: an elegant weight bench made of solid wood, with sanded contours and superior stability. This training bench makes a statement of strength and precision in every fitness room.
The frame of the WeightBench is made from high-quality, durable solid wood. The seat and lying surfaces are hand-finished in either genuine or synthetic leather for an elegant design aesthetic.
The dynamic seat and backrest can be adjusted into up to eight positions for a wide variety of exercises, allowing individual adaptation to body size as well as comprehensive weight training. Ergonomically shaped padded surfaces offer optimal support up to and beyond shoulder height, while the height adjustment at the front of the seat ensures a firm hold when lifting heavier weights.
The WeightBench offers optimal dimensions with a lying surface of up to 135 cm in length and 32 cm in width, at a seat height of 44 cm. The maximum load capacity of 400 kg including weights makes it the perfect weight training partner for bench pressing and other heavy dumbbell exercises.

The name NOHrD is derived from company’s location: its home is in Northern Germany, whereby the „NOH“ refers to the county's Nordhorn and the „D“ for Deutschland, therefore: „Made in Germany“.
Each piece of NOHrD wooden exercise equipment is handcrafted in its manufacturing facility. The combination of classic handcraft and precision machine technology ensures consistent quality and constant progress. NOHrD places high value on respecting environment, processing all bark and wood completely- there is no waste.
Production residue in its facility is used for power generation. NOHrD further use its factory’s 1500 sq meter area for producing its own solar electricity, with which company can power its machinery with low-emission efficiency.
