The TriaTrainer is a compact all-rounder for bodyweight training that can also be used as a training bench with light additional weights. Thanks to its simple folding and unfolding, varied and effective training is possible even in the smallest of spaces.
Compact – Foldable – Powerful
Requiring less than one square metre of space, the TriaTrainer works as a classic abdominal trainer in its standard position. The footrest can be adjusted to your leg length in 15 positions.
The padded reclining and seating surfaces provide secure support and pleasant training comfort. The TriaTrainer is available in faux leather and genuine leather. High-quality craftsmanship ensures safe training, and the sturdy hinges can be set to different resistance levels so you can adjust the folding function to your preference.
Made in Germany, this vintage-style strength and balance training bench measures 90 x 35 x 55 cm (folded 140 x 35 x 44 cm), weighs 14 kg and supports a maximum user weight of 120 kg. No assembly required.

Each piece of NOHrD wooden exercise equipment is handcrafted in its manufacturing facility. The combination of classic handcraft and precision machine technology ensures consistent quality and constant progress. NOHrD places high value on respecting environment, processing all bark and wood completely- there is no waste.
Production residue in its facility is used for power generation. NOHrD further use its factory’s 1500 sq meter area for producing its own solar electricity, with which company can power its machinery with low-emission efficiency.
