Compact – Foldable – Powerful
Abdominal & back trainer, training bench
The TriaTrainer is a compact all-rounder for bodyweight training and can also be used as a training bench with light additional weights. Thanks to its simple folding mechanism, varied and effective workouts are possible even in the smallest spaces.
It needs less than one square metre of floor space. In its standard position the TriaTrainer works as a classic abdominal trainer, and the footrest can be adjusted to your leg length across 15 positions. The padded reclining and seating surfaces offer secure support and pleasant training comfort. The TriaTrainer is available in faux leather and genuine leather.
High-quality craftsmanship ensures safe training, while the sturdy hinges can be set to different resistance levels so you can adjust the folding action to your preference. Made in Germany, it requires no assembly and supports a maximum user weight of 120 kg.

The name NOHrD is derived from company’s location: its home is in Northern Germany, whereby the „NOH“ refers to the county's Nordhorn and the „D“ for Deutschland, therefore: „Made in Germany“.
Each piece of NOHrD wooden exercise equipment is handcrafted in its manufacturing facility. The combination of classic handcraft and precision machine technology ensures consistent quality and constant progress.
