Description
A MUST FOR DUMBBELL TRAINING
Barbell or dumbbell training
The NOHRD WeightBench is designed for all kinds of weight training. It is an elegant weight bench made of solid wood, with smooth contours and superior stability. This training bench makes a statement of strength and precision in any fitness room.
The frame of the WeightBench is made of high-quality, durable solid wood. The seat and backrest surfaces are handcrafted in either genuine or synthetic leather for an elegant design look.
The dynamic seat and backrest can be adjusted to up to eight positions for a wide range of exercises. This lets you adapt the bench to your height and train your whole body with weights. Ergonomically shaped padded surfaces give good support up to above shoulder height, while the height adjustment at the front end of the seat keeps you stable when lifting heavier weights.
The WeightBench has a lying surface up to 135 cm long and 32 cm wide, with a seat height of 44 cm. With a maximum load capacity of 400 kg including weights, it is the perfect training partner for bench presses and other heavy weight exercises.
