Description
MOBILE FITNESS STUDIO
Wooden sling trainer
NOHRD Sling is a versatile sling trainer that stands for functional fitness training in an extremely compact, portable design. Sling training boosts muscle building as well as mobility, endurance and coordination. The stepless adjustment of the rope length and the internal clamping mechanism guarantee safe rope training for athletes of all fitness levels - at home, in the gym or while traveling!
The solid real-wood (walnut) housing, paired with the black-stained rings of 24 cm diameter, gives the NOHRD Sling rope trainer a natural touch. The sling trainer can easily be attached to a ceiling or a branch using a carabiner.
NOHRD Sling offers a comprehensive full-body workout: using your own body weight as resistance, you can train strength or improve core stability. Balance and flexibility are also enhanced. Sling training is a multidimensional functional training method in which entire muscle groups as well as deep stabilizing muscles are trained through bodyweight exercises.
About NOHrD
NOHrD Wooden Fitness Innovations

The combination of classic handcraft and precision machine technology ensures consistent quality and constant progress. NOHrD places high value on respecting environment, processing all bark and wood completely- there is no waste.
