Ingredients: creatine monohydrate (Creapure®), beta-alanine, acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid), flavourings, anti-caking agent (calcium salt of orthophosphoric acid), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), colours (spirulina extract, saffron extract).

Attention! Made using equipment that also processes milk, egg, soy and nut products, traces of these may be present.
Usage: take one serving per day, consisting of 8 g (1 scoop) with 300 ml of water.

The product can be taken before or after training, or in the morning on non-training days. Alternatively, the daily amount can be split into two servings of 4 g each.

Warnings! Do not exceed the recommended daily intake! A healthy and balanced diet is important. Should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
