Description
Upper body training with push-ups, dips, L-sits, handstands & more.
These compact parallettes offer a training tool, sold individually or as a pair, that supports varied and effective workouts while keeping your form clean. They are handy, compact and stable.
In strength training, use the parallettes as an aid for deep push-ups, L-sits or handstands. They allow for clean exercise execution and relieve strain on your wrists thanks to a neutral grip position, making your training highly effective.
They also come in handy for yoga or stretching. In certain positions, such as when working towards the splits, you can use the stable support of the parallettes to control your stretch precisely, effectively improving flexibility and balance.
