Ingredients: L-citrulline, beta-alanine, acids (L-tartaric acid, citric acid), emulsifier (silicon dioxide, calcium silicate), flavourings, caffeine, ascorbic acid, rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea L.) root extract, inulin, colour (beetroot red), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), choline bitartrate, Panax notoginseng root extract, grapefruit bioflavonoids (Citrus paradisi), nicotinamide, spirulina powder, zinc oxide, black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum).

Allergens: may contain traces of gluten-containing cereals, eggs, milk, nuts, peanuts and soybeans.

Directions: Mix 13 g of the product with 200 ml of cold water. Take 20-30 minutes before your workout. Recommended intake is 1 serving per day.
