The advantage of a Power Rack
The unique feature of a Power Rack are the spotters that ensure safety and stability in line with the rack. The red spotters and J-hooks are provided with a quality nylon insert and are functional in adjusting the height. The J-hooks and spotters contain a patented magnetic charge that keeps them stuck tightly along the uprights.The long spotters ensure that both sides are completely closed to catch the barbell and is therefore safer when you train alone.
