The frame reaches up to 152 cm in height and 160 cm in width, with a length of 110 cm, offering plenty of room to train safely. Stand height adjusts across 7 levels, while the spacing between uprights can be set to 5 different positions, allowing the rack to be configured for lifters of different heights and for various exercises. Safety spotter arms can be set as low as 58 cm, giving reliable support when lifting near the floor or working through a full range of motion.
