Description
The rollholz trigger stick is perfectly suited for trigger point and connective tissue therapy. Made from walnut wood, the trigger stick features two different ends that allow for fine-tuned treatment of hardened muscle fibers.
The ring-shaped notches ensure optimal handling throughout the entire treatment. This makes the trigger stick a must-have for physiotherapists, and it is also ideally suited for self-massage and private use.
Whether for warming up, promoting blood circulation, or accelerating recovery and releasing tension after sport - the rollholz can be used acutely, chronically, and preventively. Our handcrafted rollholz combines optimal functionality, aesthetics, feel, and ecology.
