Description
The Rollholz trigger stick is perfectly suited for trigger point and connective tissue therapy. Made from ash wood, the trigger stick features two different ends, allowing fine-tuned treatment of hardened muscle fibres.
The ring-shaped notches ensure optimal handling throughout the entire treatment. This makes the trigger stick a must-have for physiotherapists, and it is also perfectly suited for self-massage and private use.
Whether for warming up, boosting circulation, or after sport to speed up recovery or release tension - the Rollholz can be used for acute, chronic, and preventive purposes alike. Our handcrafted Rollholz combines optimal functionality, aesthetics, feel and ecology. With a length of 13 cm and a diameter of 1 to 2 cm, weighing just 0.019 kg, it is compact and ideal for recovery use.
- sustainable trigger stick for connective tissue therapy
- fine-tuned treatment possible thanks to two different ends
- innovative notches for better handling
- 100% recyclable & handmade in Germany (FSC certified)
- 10-year warranty
- sealed with linseed oil
