The rollholz massage balls are ideal for releasing adhesions in the fascia tissue. Targeted point massage is also possible.

The 4 cm ball is ideal for releasing tension in the jaw and foot muscles. It also allows targeted massage of the neck and back area. The 7 cm ball is ideal for releasing adhesions in the fascia tissue of the sole of the foot. It also allows targeted massage of the neck, back, arms and legs. The 10 cm ball is ideal for releasing adhesions in the fascia tissue of the legs and glutes. It also allows targeted massage of the neck and arms.
