Description
The small massage ball (Ø 4 cm) made of beech wood is especially suitable for the targeted release of tense tissue structures. Thanks to the firm wooden material and the small diameter of 4 cm, it allows precise, pinpoint massage of tense muscle tissue - particularly the jaw and foot muscles. Neck and back areas also benefit from the effect of this small helper.
Besides use for acute or chronic muscle complaints, the small massage ball (Ø 4 cm) can also be used for prevention and recovery (for example before or after a long hike, to relax the arch of the foot).
