Description
The large 10 cm massage ball made of beech wood is especially suited for targeted rolling of the back of the thighs and the glute muscles. Thanks to the firm wooden material and the 10 cm diameter, it provides ideal pressure distribution, allowing even deep-seated muscle tension to be reached and released.
The massage ball (Ø 10 cm) can be used for warming up before training, self-massage, or to prevent and release tension. It is also useful for recovery after a workout, and in balance training, the massage ball (Ø 10 cm) can be combined with our balance boards.
