Description
The rollholz double ball made of beech wood is especially suitable for self-massage of the arms, legs, feet and back.
The notch spares the spine, allowing for optimal pressure distribution. This makes the compression on the muscles feel pleasant. Arm, leg and foot muscles can also be treated precisely and in isolation.
Whether for warming up, to promote blood circulation, or after sport - to speed up recovery or to relieve tension, the rollholz can be used acutely, chronically and preventively. Our handcrafted rollholz combines optimal functionality, aesthetics, feel and ecology.
