Description
Lansky Medium S0280 is a ceramic stone of medium gradation, used to give the edge of working sharpness.
The stone is designed for Lansky brand sharpening systems, and can also be used as a stand-alone whetstone. Gradation 280 is used in the middle stage of sharpening, to give an edge of working sharpness.
It is mainly used for moderately dulled knives that do not have a damaged cutting edge. It fits all Lansky kits.
The stone is mounted in an ergonomically shaped polymer case, equipped with a brass threaded insert for the guide (not included).
Clean the whetstone in warm water with mild detergent.
