Usage: take one scoop of NaughtyBoy® Hydration (8.5 g) with 400 ml of ice-cold water and mix. Adjust the amount of liquid to your taste. Use during or after training; daily intake may vary depending on exercise frequency, duration and intensity. NaughtyBoy® Hydration can also be used on non-training days.
