Zero Tolerance Folding Knife ZT 0350TS

TheZero Tolerance ZT 0350TS is a smaller version of the iconic ZT 0300 knife, featuring a CPM-S30V powder-coated steel blade, SpeedSafe blade spreading assist mechanism, and liners made of durable G-10 laminate.

TheZT 0350TS is a sturdy, very handy edc knife, based on Zero Tolerance's flagship model, the ZT 0300, which has won the hearts of knife enthusiasts with its military styling and rugged construction.

American powder steel

Theknife has a massive 82mm long blade, made of American CPM-S30V stainless steel.

Crucible Industries' S30V powder steel is hardened to an optimal hardness of 58-60 HRC, so it maintains a high sharpness for a long time, has high mechanical strength, and is also resistant to corrosion.

Due to its high vanadium carbide content, the steel is distinguished by its high impact and wear resistance, as well as its excellent cutting properties. Therefore, due to the high hardenings and the nature of CPM-S30V steel, we recommend using diamond whetstones for sharpening.

The blade has been fully coated with a wear-resistant Tungsten DLC (Diamond Like Carbon)coating, which reduces wear and damage to the steel during use. The blade has a striking and eye-catching finish reminiscent of tiger stripes.

Functional drop-point blade

A utilitarian drop-point profile, concave grind and a perfectly ground cutting edge with a gentle curve ensure very efficient and smooth cutting. The blade is finished with a strong dagger, with high mechanical resistance.

The thickness of the blade at its widest point is 3 mm, this guarantees adequate strength and functionality in everyday work. On the raised back of the blade were made transverse cutters (ramp), which allow stable support of the thumb or index finger.

The advantages of this solution will be appreciated by every user of the knife during planing or precision cutting.

Convenient unfolding of the blade

The blade can be unfolded with one hand in two ways: with a milled flipper or with a two-sided peg, allowing you to choose the method according to your preferences.

Both solutions are convenient for both right- and left-handed users, and also allow comfortable operation of the knife with gloves. The opening process is facilitated by the SpeedSafe assist mechanism.

When the flipper flipper is pressed, the assist mechanism activates an internal spring that dynamically unfolds the blade, making the knife ready for use in a fraction of a second.

Reliable locking mechanism

Once the blade is unfolded, it is securely locked with a liner-lock mechanism. The steel locking bar provides a high level of security, and its operation is very intuitive and convenient.

Non-slip grip

The handle of the knife is formed by G-10 laminate facings, attached to steel liners, responsible for the rigidity and strength of the structure.

The glass-epoxy laminate used is characterized by light weight, high mechanical strength, resistance to water, temperature change, as well as many acids and solvents.

The profiled shape of the handle and its carefully selected size, make the knife very secure and comfortable in the hand, and it has no tendency to slip.

Carrying the knife in a pocket or in the sheath is possible thanks to the high-set clip, which can be fixed in as many as 4 positions, i.e. on the right or left side of the sheath and in the tip-down or tip-up position.
