Digital oil and candy thermometer with probe ThermoPro TP511

The ThermoPro TP511 is an advanced digital thermometer designed for precise temperature control when making candy, caramel, or deep frying. This model stands out with its programmable temperature setting function with an audible and visual alert - once the set temperature is reached, the display starts to flash, so you always achieve the desired result without overcooking or overheating.

The device features a long 20 cm stainless steel probe with a sturdy pot clip that lets you measure temperature safely without holding it in your hand. This is especially convenient when working with hot oil or sugar syrup, reducing the risk of burns.

The large backlit LCD display with a 90° adjustable angle ensures comfortable readability from any position. In addition, the display is steam-resistant, so readings stay clear even during intensive cooking.

The thermometer offers high accuracy (±0.5 °C) and a wide measurement range from -50 °C to +300 °C, making it suitable not only for sweets, but also for baking, chocolate tempering, or even checking the temperature of meat and liquids. Its IPX5 water resistance lets you easily rinse the device under running water, while the durable construction ensures longevity in everyday kitchen use.
