Ingredients: Magnesium citrate, valerian extract (root), lemon balm extract (leaf), ashwagandha extract (root), capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), green tea extract (60% L-theanine), hops extract (fruit), passionflower extract, lavender extract (plant), emulsifier (magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable)), zinc citrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, melatonin.

Attention: produced in a facility that also processes milk, soy, eggs, gluten, crustaceans, sulphur dioxide and nuts. May contain traces of these products.

Usage: take 4 capsules per day with sufficient water, preferably 30-45 minutes before sleep.
