Resistance Band inSPORTline Hangy 27.5 cm X-Heavy is practical fitness accessory that will make your training more effective. The band is made of durable and flexible rubber material. By extending and loosening the band you increase or decrease its resistance, which is great, especially when applied to deficiencies in muscle coordination, recovering after an injury or as a boost for beginners with flaccid muscles who cannot perform certain exercises on their own. Because the band is compact and light, it is easy to transport and therefore an ideal training accessory to the gym, as well as your home.
