Traffic is a version equipped with an LCD screen for more demanding users, offering a much wider range of electric assistance settings and a lot of useful information. It also has a USB port for charging a smartphone or other devices.

Above all, this model has been completely redesigned. In low-frame versions this improves the comfort of getting on and off the bike. The men's variant is also new and gives the rider a distinctive style on city bike paths.

The bike is powered by the BAFANG 250 W unit we have used for years, located in the rear hub and supported by a rack-mounted battery. Notably, the batteries use the new Smart BMS technology, which gives them even better performance and longer trouble-free operation.

The bike also meets expectations for comfort and safety. Traffic comes with full lighting powered by the main battery, Shimano Altus gears, a SunTour CR8V suspension fork, an adjustable stem, fenders, and a comfortable Selle Royal saddle.

Useful information:

• Battery capacity is measured in Wh (watt-hours) or Ah (ampere-hours) and directly affects the maximum range on a full charge. Higher capacity means longer range.
• Range is the approximate distance in kilometres you can travel on a full charge. It depends on rider weight, battery capacity, weather, terrain (climbs/descents) and the chosen assistance level. Over several years battery capacity gradually decreases - this is a normal chemical process of lithium-ion cell ageing. Incorrect use or modifications can reduce the maximum range.
• Bike weight is the total weight of all components, including the motor, battery, frame and accessories. Ecobike bikes have an excellent power-to-weight ratio.
• Motor power is the nominal power the electric motor can generate. It does not exceed the power limits set for e-bikes in most countries.
• Maximum motor power is the highest power the electric motor can reach without the speed limiter; achieving it may require replacing some parts to match the correct voltage/current parameters. The user cannot simply select maximum power without certain modifications. Removing the speed limiter requires registering the vehicle as an electric moped and following the applicable traffic rules for mopeds. Unqualified modifications can damage the e-bike system, in which case neither the manufacturer nor the seller is liable for any losses or injuries.
• Battery service life: the stated charge cycles are approximate and may be lower depending on how the battery is used and stored.
• The maximum speed the motor supports is 25 km/h. At this limit the motor switches off and re-engages only when the speed drops. The motor works only while pedalling (pedal assist); the bike has no throttle. Assistance levels and other settings are selected via the handlebar controller.
