Ingredients: Kre-Alkalyn® - creatine monohydrate, gelatin, colorant iron oxides, maltodextrin, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Usage: maximum daily dose - 5 capsules per day. Take with a sufficient amount of water.
