The thigh adductors are muscles that are rarely engaged in everyday life, so it is worth using a professional device to help improve their condition.

The adductors of the thigh consist of five muscles in the middle part of the thigh: the crest muscle, the hamstring muscle, the long adductor, the short adductor and the great adductor. They are responsible for the proper functioning of the entire musculoskeletal system, improving body balance and proper movement of the lower extremities.

With the UR-U023 machine you will slenderize your legs and burn unnecessary fat, as well as strengthen the thigh muscles, the proper condition of which reduces the risk of knee joint injuries.

The machine's easy-to-use 3-degree lower arm adjustment makes you decide for yourself what starting position you want to do your workout from. You can set the arms wide or modify the range of their extension to a narrower one - depending on your skills and level of stretch.
