Shimano Airway gloves, size XS (black)

During long, warm rides your hands stay cool, comfortable and firmly connected to the handlebar. The Shimano Airway is a short-finger summer glove built around an anatomically shaped three-piece palm and a fully breathable mesh back, so you can keep in touch with your bike without the heat build-up typical of thicker gloves.

Key benefits

• Breathable mesh palm-back fabric ensures air circulation during warm rides
• Three-piece anatomical palm follows the natural shape of your hand
• Textured synthetic-leather palm provides a firm, secure grip
• Soft 5 mm palm padding softens road vibration
• Short pull-on cuff lets you put the gloves on and take them off quickly and easily
• Low-profile thumb wipe for wiping away sweat while riding

Comfort that lasts the whole ride
The original three-piece palm construction and ergonomic finger junction are shaped to fit naturally in the riding position, reducing bunching and pressure points. The soft, sponge-like 5 mm padding protects the palms from vibration, so your hands stay fresher even on long trips.

Cool and breathable
The elastic, breathable mesh back surface lets heat escape and ensures air circulation across the top of the hand, making these gloves a natural choice for spring and summer rides. The finger gussets are made from 80% recycled nylon for a stretchy, breathable fit between the fingers.

Grip and control
The textured synthetic-leather palm grips the handlebar and brake levers firmly, giving confidence and control, while the low-profile wipe surface on the thumb lets you wipe away sweat or dew without straying from your riding line.
