Description
BALANCE, COORDINATION & STABILITY
Innovative balance board
The unique Eau-Me Board is a balance board that significantly expands your training program. Filled with water, the board reacts constantly and dynamically to your movements, adding more challenge to your balance and core stability training.
Traditional exercises such as squats, sit-ups, lunges and push-ups become more effective: water means constant movement and thus encourages the body to activate stabilizing muscles. The result: improved coordination and core muscles. We recommend using the Eau-Me Board on a gym mat.
With a footplate made of real wood veneer and a diameter of 64 cm, the Eau-Me Board impresses with a robust plastic housing filled with approx. 6.5 liters of water.
