Looking for a way to help you build strong abs and a healthy back, all in one machine? The Ab/Back Machine inSPORTline Velocer ABBE75 is the perfect fit for any modern gym or studio!

This dual-purpose machine allows you to easily switch between abdominal exercises and back extensions. Whether you’re working on a rock-hard six-pack or strengthening your spine, you can do it all in one place—comfortably, safely, and efficiently.

The machine features a sturdy frame with oval steel profiles, extremely comfortable padding, and a weight stack with a total weight of 75 kg. Thanks to the 11 adjustable upper arm positions and 13 lower arm positions, everyone can customize the machine precisely to their needs and body type.

Easy Weight Adjustment

Thanks to the practical magnetic pin, you can adjust the resistance in a few seconds—one click and you’re good to go. That’s what efficient training should look like—no delays, no loss of focus. The 1:1 gear ratio ensures that each kilogram on the weight stack corresponds to the actual weight you’re lifting.

Comfort, Even on the Final Rep

The high-density foam padding, which is 9 cm thick, offers superior comfort during the workout, as well as long-lasting durability. Its ergonomic shape adapts to any body type, and the high-quality surface is resistant to sweat and wear and tear. Whether you’re exercising at home or the machine is in constant use at a fitness center, maintenance is quick and easy. Just wipe it down and it’s ready for the next set.

Steel Frame and Powder-Coated Finish – A Combination That’s Built to Last

The entire structure is built on a massive steel frame with a 100 x 50 x 3 mm oval profile. Thanks to the high-quality powder-coated finish, it’s resistant to scratches, corrosion, and mechanical damage. With a tensile strength of up to 1,140 kg and a load capacity of 180 kg, this machine can withstand everyday use, even in commercial environments. The non-slip handles, extra-strong steel cables, and a water bottle holder are a must.
