Produced in a facility that also processes ingredients containing milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, celery, fish, crustaceans, molluscs and sulphur dioxide! Gluten-free according to European Union regulations. Lactose-free: <0.1 g lactose/100 ml of prepared drink.
Directions: Consume one serving (153 grams, 4 and 1/4 scoops) per day with 500 ml of water. On training days, drink one serving after your workout or between meals. On rest days, drink one serving between meals.
