Hydrolyzed whey proteins are one of the most popular protein sources among athletes. Whey protein concentrates and isolates have different degrees of processing, but in the case of the hydrolyzed isolates used in our product, hydrolysis "pre-breaks" the protein into shorter amino acid chains. Use: mix one serving (23 g, 2/3 scoop) of 100% Hydro Isolate powder with 250 ml of cold water. On training days, drink after your workout; on rest days, at any time.
