Ingredients: Vanilla flavour: whey protein concentrate 96% (whey protein (milk), emulsifier lecithin), flavourings, white chocolate powder (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, emulsifier soy lecithin, vanilla extract), thickener (xanthan gum), sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides), colour beta-carotene.

Milk chocolate flavour: whey protein concentrate 93% (whey protein (milk), emulsifier lecithin), reduced-fat cocoa powder, flavourings, sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides).

Strawberry flavour: whey protein concentrate 99% (whey protein (milk), emulsifier lecithin), colour beetroot extract, flavourings, sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides).

Cookies flavour: whey protein concentrate 91% (whey protein (milk), emulsifier lecithin), rice crisps (4.0%) (rice flour, oat flour, wheat flour, sugar, barley malt, salt), flavourings, wheat crisps (1.2%) (wheat flour, sugar, cocoa, palm oil, wheat malt flour, salt, reduced-fat cocoa powder), thickener (xanthan gum), sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycoside).

Directions: Mix 50 g of powder (4 tablespoons) with 250 ml of water. Take 1-4 servings per day. Before training, after training, in the morning or before going to bed.
