Proven steel

The Kershaw Kershaw Comeback 2055 was created for everyday use and comfortable carrying, which is clearly emphasized by its optimal size, slim design and typically functional style.

The 76 mm long blade is made of the popular 8Cr13MoV steel hardened to 57-59 HRC. This Chinese steel has good corrosion resistance and hardenability comparable to AUS6.

The 8Cr13MoV steel blade is perfect for everyday use, due to corrosion resistance, good sharpness and easy sharpening, for which a pocket whetstone is enough.

Functional blade

The blade with a useful drop-point cutting profile has a very practical finish, the so-called stonewashed, which is done when the blade is bathed in gravel or small abrasive stones. The resulting irregular structure hides scratches and abrasions during use very well.

Thanks to the use of a sharp point, flat cut and a cutting edge with a gentle curvature, the knife has good cutting and penetrating properties, and the blade does not get stuck in the material being cut. The thickness of the blade at its widest point is 3.5 mm, which is a compromise between the durability and functionality of the knife in everyday work.

Smooth unfolding

The blade can be quickly and conveniently unfolded with one hand using the side flipper. The operation takes place in a very natural and easy way and enables comfortable use of the knife by right and left-handed people.

KVT ball bearings are installed on the axis of the blade, thanks to which the blade works very smoothly and dynamically, which makes everyday use of the knife a pure pleasure.

Robust lock

The monolithic frame-lock blockade, considered one of the most durable locking mechanisms, effectively protects against accidental folding of the blade. The lock, like the flipper and the pin, can be operated with one hand.

Simple and stylish

The handle of the knife is made of stainless steel cladding finished by sandblasting. The manufacturer gave up milling and texturing the handle. The elements that ensure a stable grip are the cut for the fingers, the cut profile of the linings and the flipper, which, after unfolding the blade, acts as a handguard.

Discreet carrying of the knife in the pocket is possible thanks to a flexible clip that can be attached in 3 positions. The handle is also distinguished by an enlarged spindle, a decorative inlay with the Kershaw logo and an effective backspacer. Unlike other models as well, the pad bolts are discreetly placed on one side only.
