Creatine is an organic acid rich in nitrogen, which our body also produces using three amino acids - L-arginine, L-glycine and S-adenosylmethionine. Crea Caps contains creatine in the form of creatine monohydrate.

Ingredients: micronized creatine monohydrate 84%, capsule shell [gelatin, glazing agent (shellac), colour (iron oxides and hydroxides), acidity regulators (ammonium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide)], emulsifier (magnesium salts of fatty acids).

Attention! Manufactured using equipment that processes milk, egg, soy, nut products, fish and crustaceans; may contain traces of them.

Use: on training days, take 1x5 capsules with a glass of water before training. On rest days, take 1x5 capsules in the morning with a glass of water before eating.
