Creapure® creatine monohydrate is the purest form of creatine. Creatine monohydrate is one of the most researched forms of sports supplements. Directions for use: On training days, take 2 capsules once a day, 30 minutes before training, with a glass of water. On rest days, take 2 capsules once a day with a glass of water before a meal.
