Mit der NOHRD Wall Compact wird jedes Training zum umfassenden Full-Body-Workout, kombiniert mit einer überlegenen Funktionalität und einem schlanken, modernen Design.
Lassen Sie sich Tag für Tag durch Ihr Training leiten. Über den Touchscreen lassen sich vorgefertigte Workouts starten und weitere NOHRD Geräte per Bluetooth einbinden. Jeden Tag ist ein neues "Workout-of-the-Day" verfügbar.
Jede NOHRD Wall Compact verfügt über acht handgenähte Swing Hanteln, die platzsparend an der Wall verstaut werden. Durch Hanteltraining und Eigengewichtsübungen werden Kraft und Ausdauer trainiert und eine stabile Körpermitte entsteht.
Auf der linken Seite ist ein SlimBeam integriert. Mit dem Seilzug trainieren Sie vor allem Ihre Kraft. Die Gewichte lassen sich einfach einstellen, der zweizügige Butterfly ist in der Höhe frei verstellbar.
Mit dem Skitrainer werden sowohl Kraft, als auch Ausdauer trainiert. Oberkörper, insbesondere unterer Rücken, Latissimus und Gesäß werden trainiert. Bei jedem Zug werden auch der Bauch, die Beine und Arme angesprochen.
