Magnesium can help reduce feelings of fatigue and muscle cramps, and it is also very important for maintaining normal nervous system function.

Ingredients: bulking agent (calcium phosphate), magnesium oxide, capsule shell [gelatine, water, colours (titanium dioxide, iron oxides and hydroxides)], magnesium bisglycinate (9.7%), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide).

Produced using equipment that processes milk, egg, soy, nut products, fish and shellfish; may contain traces of them.
Usage: 1 capsule daily, taken with plenty of water.
