NOHRD WeightBench
The NOHRD WeightBench is an elegant training bench made of solid wood, designed for any exercise with a barbell or dumbbells. Its polished contours and exceptional stability make this bench a statement of strength and precision in any gym.
The WeightBench frame is crafted from high-quality, durable solid walnut. The seat and lying surfaces are hand-upholstered in genuine or synthetic leather for an elegant aesthetic.
The dynamic seat and backrest can be adjusted to up to eight positions, adapting the bench to a wide range of exercises and to individual height. The ergonomically shaped padded surfaces provide optimal support even above shoulder height, while the height-adjustable front section of the seat ensures a secure hold when working with heavier weights.
Optimal dimensions: a lying surface up to 135 cm long and 32 cm wide, with a seat height of 44 cm. The maximum load with weights is 400 kg, making the bench perfectly suited to the bench press and other heavy weight exercises.

NOHrD Wooden Fitness Innovations
The name NOHrD is derived from company’s location: its home is in Northern Germany, whereby the „NOH“ refers to the county's Nordhorn and the „D“ for Deutschland, therefore: „Made in Germany“.
Each piece of NOHrD wooden exercise equipment is handcrafted in its manufacturing facility. The combination of classic handcraft and precision machine technology ensures consistent quality and constant progress. NOHrD places high value on respecting environment, processing all bark and wood completely- there is no waste.
Production residue in its facility is used for power generation. NOHrD further use its factory’s 1500 sq meter area for producing its own solar electricity, with which company can power its machinery with low-emission efficiency.
