As many as eight angles of backrest adjustment and three seat adjustments, this is something you've been waiting for to make your workout even more effective and comfortable. Our bench has rubber feet so you can forget about scratches on the floor once and for all. We also took care of the visual side - the shape of the upholstery is not standard oval, but square, which definitely distinguishes it from other equipment of this type available on the market.

Our bench was created with multitasking in mind. We wanted to create equipment that would last you for years and give you a full-sized but compact gym at home. From idea to action with us a short way and so we give you the equipment on which you will perform exercises such as sit-ups, dumbbell bench press, push-ups, leg raises, stretches lying on the bench and many other exercises! Biceps, back, legs or abdomen - with our training bench you'll work on strong, shaped muscles of your whole body! We give you a comprehensive solution for each muscle part. On it you can perform push-ups, leg raises or bicep curls. You decide which muscle part you want to work on at the moment. The bench will help you stay in shape and will strengthen and tone your muscles.

Folding capability

Home exercise equipment must be compact and functional first and foremost. The MH-L111 bench. has the ability to easily fold by unscrewing the front leg and pulling out the cotter pin. You can store the bench in this form in a convenient place.

Eight backrest angles and three seat levels

Eight backrest adjustment angles, including two in a negative slant, and three seat levels, is not only functional but fully customizable to your needs. You can choose your own level of advancement during exercise. You can safely and comfortably change the position of the backrest while exercising thanks to the quick adjustment with the knobs.

Adjustable inclination of the lower sponges

With us, your height doesn't matter! Our bench can be used by everyone - tall or short, because the bench has been equipped with adjustable inclination of the lower sponges, thanks to which you can adjust the equipment to the length of your legs.

Adjustable top sponges with additional handles

Our bench is distinguished by the wide range of exercises you can perform on it. In this model, we used adjustable upper sponges with additional handles, thanks to which you can easily perform exercises for the lower abdominal muscles or strengthen the back extensor.

Ergonomic and comfortable upholstery

Thicker upholstery with ergonomic shapes will significantly increase your comfort while exercising. In order to make the upholstery stronger and resistant to any abrasion, we decided to provide additional stitching. The place most exposed to abrasion we protected with double layer of leather on which we embroidered our logo. Additionally, in the new model, the upholstery is screwed with screws which makes it easier to assemble.

Marbo Home series products are designed for beginner bodybuilding enthusiasts, starting their adventure with the gym.

The equipment is designed to be as functional as possible and at the same time easy to assemble. Home series equipment is made of durable 40x40 mm profile, ensuring stability incomparable to Chinese benches in the same price range. Aesthetics are emphasized by elegant red and black upholstery on a thick three-centimeter sponge and powder coating.

To ensure the safety of your customers, our equipment has been tested for safety and compliance with current standards by the European Quality Centre.

The result of these tests, are the Safety Certificate and Top Security Certificate, which we received for the equipment from the Home line.
