Description
The Newton Fitness T9 from the Commercial Black Series Treadmills is a heavy duty 217 kg commercial treadmill equipped with a 3 hp AC motor and a running surface of 155x58 cm. Due to its heavy design and strong motor, this treadmill is ideal for use in personal trainer studios, physiotherapy clinics, hotels, or other spaces where intensive treadmill use is required. It offers a maximum speed of 20 km/h and a maximum incline of 21%, a steeper angle than typical treadmills.
3 HP AC Motor
The treadmill features a low-noise, powerful 3 hp AC motor, preferred in commercial treadmills for its greater power, durability, and lower sensitivity to wear compared to DC motors, which are more common in home-use treadmills. This robust motor allows intensive, long-lasting use.
Tread 155x58 cm
The running surface measures 155x58 cm, providing ample space for comfortable training without frequent missteps. The larger the tread, the greater the comfort.
Heavy Construction
Weighing 217 kg, the treadmill offers excellent stability even during intense workouts. Greater treadmill weight reduces movement, enhancing stability and giving a solid feel. Combined with the 3 HP AC motor, it is suitable for users up to 180 kg.
Damping System
The cushioning system absorbs each step well, providing comfortable walking and reducing injury risk compared to hard floors. The heavy construction minimizes treadmill movement.
Incline 21%
The speed can be set up to 20 km/h and the incline up to 21%, which is steeper than most treadmills, offering a challenging workout even for avid runners.
LED Display
Training data is shown clearly on illuminated LED screens. The computer includes pre-programmed workouts, Bluetooth, and compatibility with Kinomap and Zwift apps, which offer varied training options. There's a ledge for placing a smartphone or tablet.
Heart Rate Measurement
Heart rate can be measured by gripping built-in sensors or wirelessly via an optional chest strap for better accuracy, especially useful during heart rate controlled programs. Built-in sensors suffice for occasional checks.
