The advantages of swimming
Swimming is a sport that largely improves our health and endurance. Due to the fact that it strengthens the muscles of the spine, it is most often offered to people who have been diagnosed with posture defects, it also helps in the case of back pain. Additionally, swimming workouts increase lung capacity.
Nose clips are a simple accessory that significantly improves the comfort of swimming, preventing water from entering the nose. This is especially important during swimming training.
