Description
The Aqua Speed HAND PADDLE swim training paddles are designed to increase arm propulsion and boost stroke power—while also ramping up resistance for a more intense upper-body workout. Made from durable polymers and latex rubber, these ergonomically shaped paddles stay securely in place and help swimmers refine their stroke. Ideal for both fitness swimming and competitive training. Increased Catch Surface – improves hand feel and efficiency in the water. Upper-Body Strength Builder – adds resistance to arm pulls for serious muscle engagement. Versatile Use – great for recreational and performance-focused swimmers alike. Adjustable Straps – customize the fit to your hand for comfort and control. Ergonomic Shape – supports correct hand positioning and stroke mechanics. Available in Three Sizes – choose the paddle size that fits your hand and training goals.
